7 Cup Sweet


7 Cup Sweet:



Ingredients:

Basain / Chick pea flour – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 cups
Grated Coconut – 1 cup
Ghee – 1 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Cardomom – ½ tsp

Preparation:

Grease a plate with ghee and keep it aside.

Method:

In a non  stick pan add basin flour, grated coconut, sugar, milk and ghee.
Place it on a medium flame and keep stirring it.
This takes a long time to cook (minimum: 30 min)
At one stage it will become thick and start leaving ghee on the sides.
Remove it from the stove and pour it in the greased plate.
Allow it to cool and cut it into pieces.
