Pudina Thogayal / Mint Chutney
Wash the mint leaves nicely.
Add mint leaves and sauté it till the mint leaves shrink. Allow it to cool.
Transfer the contents into a mixie, add little water and grind it to a thick paste.
Serve it with hot rice with a teaspoon of ghee. It also goes well with idli / dosa J
2 tsp of shredded coconut can be added while grinding for added flavor.
